This site is operated by Kai Colless ("Kai", "we", "us"), based in Palm Beach, Queensland, Australia. Contact: kai@kaicolless.com.

## What we collect

Only what you give us via the contact form: your name, email, organisation (optional), phone (optional), enquiry type and the message you send. We do not run third-party advertising trackers and do not sell or share your data.

## Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry. That's it. We may keep enquiry records for our own follow-up and bookkeeping, but we will not add you to a marketing list without your explicit opt-in.

## Cookies & analytics

This site does not currently use cookies for tracking. If we add a privacy-respecting analytics tool in future, we'll list it here. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar profiling trackers.

## Third parties

Form submissions may be processed by a hosted form provider (e.g. Formspree) and email is delivered through standard email infrastructure. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies. We choose providers that are reputable and privacy-respecting.

## Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete any personal information we hold about you. Email kai@kaicolless.com. We respond within a reasonable timeframe and at no charge.

## Children

This site is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

## Changes

If we update this policy we'll change the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page for 30 days.
